How could this gifted mechanic not know the ins and outs of automobile air-conditioner repair? After all, the local school busing service, the cops and just about everyone who is acquainted with Mr. Smith goes to him with all of their car repair needs. This includes tires, windshield wipers and even sometimes an automobile accessory.
Of course, I could not hide my shock or my letdown. It was August and it was also fairly hot. I had a feeling that it wasn't about to get cool anytime soon. Mr. Smith told me that the issue lies in the coolant systems and the Freon utilized in them.
